The company Confeções Gonçalo, Lda was founded in 1993, but has its roots in a previous decade.
It began its activity in 1983 and, at the time, was managed individually by Gonçalo da Silva Freitas, father of the current managing partners and whose name is, today, an integral part of the company’s name and brand. It started with half a dozen machines, few resources, but a lot of willpower. It was with great commitment and a winning spirit that he managed to overcome all barriers and overcome all sacrifices.
Today, it is a company dedicated to the manufacture of clothing, namely underwear for men, women and children destined for the national and foreign markets. It has all the necessary and equipped infrastructure to carry out its activity, with the item being developed, manufactured and controlled with demanding standards of quality and comfort.
Given the current market, its mission is to satisfy the needs of its customers, continually improving its offer and the technical capacity of its employees.
